Foresight Friday: Channel Your Inner Man in Black

My Foresight Friday Interpretation: 

It's Foresight Friday, and your girl is now one year older. Thanks to everyone who sent me b-day wishes and/or gifties. Y'all are the absolute BEST. 

Ok, let's get down to business...

The Princess Bride Tarot remains the deck of choice, this week. After a brief shuffle, the card that presented itself to us is: The 2 of Wands. 

Depicted on this card is the wheelbarrow (the one The Albino had) rested on the forest floor, with both of its handles pointing upwards. The handle in the background is partially in shadow, while the one in the foreground is in the light, and has a red cloak that is tied to it, and blowing in the wind.

The handle that is in the light and "wearing" the cloak, symbolizes looking towards the future. What does the cloak blowing in the wind represent?

Well, I get Bob Dylan singing in my head when I look at it. So, something along the lines of answers, my friend. 😉

This is a card of inspiration and strategy. Some may think that the choice of depicting the wheelbarrow on this card is odd, but too me it makes perfect sense. 

In a scene prior to when we first see the wheelbarrow, Inigo says to Fezzik "I need Vizzini to plan. I have no gift for strategy." 

Fezzik replies "But Vizzini's dead."

"No." Inigo states,as his eyes become ablaze with inspiration "Not Vizzini. - I need the Man in Black".

They then meet The Albino (and his wheelbarrow) before discovering Westley, mostly dead, in the Pit of Despair. 

Once Westley is revived, his mind springs into planning mode before he's able to move the rest of his body. The wheelbarrow becomes part of his brilliant plan to best utilize his brains, Fezzik's strength, and Inigo's steel to defeat the 60 men that guard the castle gate. 

What does this mean for us? 

It means that it's time to channel our inner Man in Black, think outside the box, and ride the wheelbarrow of inspiration into the future.
