My Foresight Friday Interpretation:

Blessed Samhain and Happy Halloween, friends!
I'm super excited to see all the little kiddos in their costumes tonight. Unfortunately, it looks like it'll be rainy and windy; which will put a damper on the festivities.

I guess that means I'm doing my Witchery inside.  Oh well.

Ok, let's see what the cards have to say...

Today my brain was screaming for a "simplicity of message", so I reached for The Wild Unknown Tarot. It must have been keenly aware of its assignment because it took no time at all to present us with the 7 of Wands, in the reversed position.

The 7 of Wands card, from The Wild Unknown Tarot, in the reversed position.

Depicted on this card is a flaming wand illuminating the darkness, surrounded by 6 other Wands.

Upright, this is a card of courage. Reversed, it indicates that we're feeling anything but courageous.

Despite our best efforts, the world just keeps handing us ALL THE THINGS to deal with. Things are chaotic and ever-changing, and we've become overwhelmed and discouraged.

We've been fighting at every turn, and signs of progress in our endeavors have been few and far between. We may even feel as though we're failing in protecting the vulnerable.

Here's an interesting tidbit to keep in mind...
While the 7 of Wands reversed does indicate all of the feelings above, it is also indicative of someone who is overbearing and unpopular. (Gee, I wonder: whomever could that be?? 🤔)

The very individual that this card represents is largely responsible for the events that are weighing on our spirit.

This is not the time to throw in the towel though. A certain someone's overbearing nature is rendering them more unpopular by the day (regardless of what they and their cronies say).

Rest assured that this individual is also feeling the dark waters of self-doubt welling up inside them (in their ankles, perhaps?).

If we give up now, they win.

We must realize that WE are the dark waters that they fear. So, we can ebb for a moment... but, then we must resume with the flow, and flood them with our will.

Each time we feel the need, we'll ebb again, and resume even stronger. Each ebb will result in a more powerful wave than the last.

If we are relentless... they will eventually succumb.

Have a Blessed Samhain, friends.

Until Next Time, Pixilators!
