Foresight Friday: You're Worth the Time it Takes to Nurture Your Soul

My Foresight Friday Interpretation: 

Howdy, Pixilators! The Summer Solstice is tonight, and by looking at the heat we've all got in the forecast, Mother Nature definitely got the memo. 🥵 

Let's see what else is in store for us in the next 7 days...

It's another week using The Pulp Tarot (it shuffles so nicely!).

After another relatively short shuffle, the card that presented itself to us is The Empress. 

Depicted on this card is a scantily clad blonde beauty, sitting upon her wicker throne in the middle of a wheat field, and unabashedly basking in the sun. 

She represents Beauty, Fertility (think general creation, not everything has to do with making babies), Femininity, and a connection to the Natural World. 

She knows what she wants, and she knows how to get it - even if that means making it herself. 

Do not mistake her femininity for weakness. It is the seat of her power, and she knows how to wield it.

What does it mean for us? It means that it's time to see to our needs. This will likely be by way of spending time in nature and/or nurturing our souls by way of tapping into our creative spirit. 

This is not the week to let others distract us from our oh so important self-care. We are worth taking care of. 

Besides, it's impossible to properly care for others if we're continually neglecting our own needs and desires. 

So let's tend to ourselves however we see fit. This could be by tending to our gardens, by embarking on creative endeavors, or by just following the example of The Empress and basking in the sun (just don't forget the sunscreen!).
