My Foresight Friday Interpretation:

Welcome back, my lovelies! I hope you all had a marvelous week! I've been rather tired, but I think it's mainly due to an abundance of dental work I've been having done...and will continue to have for a few months.

Enough about my woes, let's see what the cards have to tell us...

I'm switching to the Supernatural tarot this week, and the card that has presented itself to us is The Hierophant, in the reversed position.

Depicted on this card is Billie - Reaper extraordinaire and next in line for the job of Death.

The Hierophant card from the Supernatural Tarot in the reversed position.

The Hierophant, and Billie, are sticklers for the rules, They are all about upholding tradition and following the rule book. The status quo is their cup of tea, and they are all about maintaining order.

In the reversed position, however, this card is indicative of breaking free of tradition and changing the rules of the game.

It seems that doing things the "tried and true" way has failed us, so now it's time to shake things up a bit. Some may be displeased with us as we toss tradition aside in favor of more unconventional tactics. Well, they'll either get over it or they won't...their displeasure should not dissuade us.

We may be feeling stuck. whether that's emotionally, energetically, or physically makes no difference. The solution may be lurking beneath the pile of discarded "normal" solutions and tactics that we've tried...so what do we do? We shake things up and explore the situation from different angles until inspiration strikes.

Even Billie, a most staunch rule follower, eventually saw that sometimes throwing the rule book out the window is the only way to get where we need to be.

Besides, who says that rules made by others are meant for us, anyway? In the end, we each decide what rules we will follow and which ones have become obsolete in regards to any given instance.

So, let's get to shaking things up and building a better path forward.
