My Foresight Friday Interpretation:

Howdy, friends! Another Friday is here and that means another reading from yours truly. I'm not feeling up to any small talk today, so let's just get to it!

I broke out my Ask The Witch tarot, that I was gifted over the winter holidays. I spent quite a bit of time being lost in the act of shuffling before our card jumped out of the deck. That card is the 4 of Wands.

The 4 of Wands card from the Ask The Witch tarot.

This card evokes a feeling of Springtime as the stairs in its foreground lead us to two joyous witches standing in front of a castle wall. In the distance, a group of merry makers can be seen dancing as each of these smiling witches is holding up a bouquet of flowers as if to welcome us to the celebration that is underway.

I really couldn't have chosen a more appropriate card for this coming week if I'd tried! With Beltane being in just a couple days, we're hitting the halfway point between the Spring Equinox and the Summer Solstice, so yeah: Full on Spring!

Not only will this coming week greet us with more and more signs of life and still-increasing sunshine - we will find ourselves in our happy place.

This is a card of community, of joyful celebration, and of feeling securely at home - at home in the company of those we care about, as well as at home in our own skin.

Being that 4 is an even number, this card also involves an element of balance. This card is not about celebrating to excess, but about the kind of happiness and comfort that come from sharing special moments with those we love. It also means that we should spend a little time in our own company, reflecting on the things we're most grateful for...or perhaps what we're most looking forward to.

We should make a point of taking some time to celebrate what matters. Basically, as Madonna has been known to sing, "We need a holiday!"

So let's get out there and let love shine, find a way to come together, and make things better...because it would be so nice.

Alrighty! I'ma leave you with Madge herself from 1985 at Live Aid, which was a prime example of people coming together to celebrate (for a good cause no less!).
