My Foresight Friday Interpretation:

It’s finally Friday! Woo-hoo! Did you drop your garbage last week? How about start anything new? No worries if you didn’t get into all sorts of new things, even if you just laid the groundwork, you’ll be in good shape.

Let’s get down to this week’s business...

I stuck with the Labyrinth Tarot (because my life is hectic as I finish up plans and prep for heading out of state for my best friend’s wedding in a couple weeks), and it’s a good thing I did (my brain is toast this week, y’all lol).

Anywhoooo, the card presenting itself to us this week is the 9 of Pots in the reversed position.

Depicted is one giant pot surrounded by eight smaller ones and... since the card is reversed, they’re all upside down. If it were upright, it would be indicating success, fulfillment, and a whole mess of abundance.

9 of Pots card from the Labyrinth Tarot in the reversed position.

Don’t go freaking out and thinking that this card is telling us the opposite, because it’s not.

Think of it this way: Generally, when we have the stellar achievements suggested by the upright meaning of this card, we are also flooded with praise and accolades from others.

The point of this card in the reversed position is to tell us that relying on the praise of others as a measurement of our worth is folly.

The 9 of Pots, reversed is reminding us not to worry about what other people think. If we keep trying to impress everyone, and living up to their expectations of us, all we’re going to end up doing is stressing ourselves out. Who the hell needs that? Not us, that’s for certain.

Our lasting happiness is not dependent upon the opinions of others. The key to that is being true to ourselves, and flipping the big ol’ bird to anyone who may have a problem with that.

Snoop Dogg himself once said “The best advice I’ve ever got is to be yourself. Stay true to who you are and what you stand for and you’ll go far in life.” Who the hell are we to argue with Snoop?? He’s clearly followed that advice, and it has definitely paid off.

That’s all for this week, friends! Now go out there and be your true and wacky selves!

Until Next Time, Pixilators!
