Foresight Friday: Drink the Coffee & Do the Things

Divination Method: Flower Magic Oracle

Card Drawn: Red Hot Poker

Key Word: Action

My Foresight Friday Interpretation:

Welcome back, Pixilators! I hope you didn’t mind that I took a week off, but it was much needed. I also hope you all had good things happen during that time. Whether that meant time spent with family and friends or just doing something that brings you joy.

This week I broke out Rachel Patterson’s Flower Magic Oracle because I am missing flowers right now! Let’s see what the cards have to tell us...

The card that made itself known to us this week is Red Hot Poker. Now, that may sound like something that’s a bit...aggressive - and that’s not entirely without merit – but it’s a flower that denotes action.

The Red Hot Poker card from The Flower Magic Oracle by Rachel Patterson.

Rachel’s Words of Wisdom, as I like to call them, in regards to this very vibrant bloom are as follows:

“Now is the time to just jump to it.

Get up, get on, and just go do it.

Take firm action, make a stand,

Put into motion what you have planned.

Speak your truth, make that vow,

This needs to happen, and happen now.”

The time for sitting on our behinds and lounging about are over. It’s time for us to get off of our sofas and get to getting things done. We’ve had our rest these last couple of weeks, and all the things that need doing aren’t going to get done all by themselves.

Whether the task is holiday shopping, job hunting, a creative endeavor, or tackling that ever-growing mound of laundry (please tell me I’m not alone here); this is the week to tackle that to-do list!

So, while we aren’t in danger of being chased by anything as threatening as a glowing pointy piece of iron, we are urged to get moving as if we are.

The only real danger is in letting things continue to lapse. If we don’t do what needs to be done there are only two possible outcomes: either the things will not get done or – an even scarier prospect for some – someone else will take on the tasks and we will lose all control over the outcome.

So let’s do whatever we need to do to get moving. Go ahead and Drink the Coffee (or the tea) and Get Things Done!

Until Next Time, Pixilators

Wishing You Peace, Love, & Pixie Dust
